Hello and welcome!

We’re glad you’re here.

If this is your first time visiting us, you might be wondering what this is all about. We’re a group of counsellors and coaches who are here to work with you and your company to understand and improve your wellbeing.

Whether it’s stress and worry at work, feelings you have about work or even things that might be going on for you outside of work, we’re here to help.

Some of our support includes surveys, which are completely anonymous, meaning even we don’t know who’s participating. Your company will receive a general report with the anonymized data of everyone who took the survey so that they can better understand overall company responses.

As counsellors, your privacy is important to us. Learn more about our privacy policy here.

Working with us is totally confidential from your employer.

Why do this?

You may be wondering why you’d want to do this. Working with us is entirely voluntary but we think it’ll be worthwhile! As counsellors, we believe that checking in on your wellbeing once in a while is a good thing. Just like we go to the doctor to check things like blood pressure and cholesterol, checking in with our mental health can be helpful, too.

You might be familiar with feeling tired, burnt out, stressed, irritable or anxious – that’s all mental health! You might be thriving at work, but at home things aren’t optimal. Or your home life might be great, but work is stressing you out. Either way, checking in can be helpful.

How does this work?

The process is simple. You’ll answer a few questions below to find out how you’re doing in areas of mental health and wellbeing. You’ll see your results immediately.

Your privacy

This survey is entirely confidential. This means that nobody knows you're taking it – not us and not your employer! Your results aren’t linked to you in any way.

We don’t store your survey results. This means that if you want to save the results of your survey, you’ll have to print them (to PDF or hardcopy) or save them to your device. But don’t worry, we’ll remind you again later.

This survey measures stress. It’s a validated assessment that is commonly used in clinical practice and research to assess an individual’s stress level during the previous week.

Whether your source of stress is from work, home, finances, your family, relationships or other areas in your life, it might be helpful to see your “stress score”. It doesn’t matter where the sources of stress are from, it just matters that you’re experiencing them.

The below 14 questions should take you less than 5 minutes.

Remember: This is entirely confidential and anonymous – your employer does not know you are participating.
