  • Paul Griggs, MC, RCC

    CLINICAL DIRECTOR AND FOUNDER

    Paul is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who specializes in workplace mental health for leadership, management, people & culture professionals, and employees. Prior to clinical counselling, he worked in executive leadership positions for over 20 years, as both a founder and CEO for a private start up and as a Vice President for a publicly traded company with global revenues of $7B and over 11,000 employees. Paul holds a Master of Counselling, Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle (United States).

  • Lori Henry, MSc, MA

    DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS

    Lori has worked in communications for over 20 years, helping individuals and businesses tell stories that matter. Recently, Lori worked as a mental health Occupational Therapist and her clinical work focused on helping clients learn how to thrive and find meaning in their lives. She holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Leeds Beckett University (UK) and a Master of Arts in Dance Anthropology from Roehampton University (UK).

    Josh is a human resources leader currently working as the Regional People Manager, Western Canada for Motion, where he also leads their national mental health initiative. He has held positions from People and Culture Business Partner, National Occupational Health & Safety Leader, and Internal Investigator to roles in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Retention, Inclusion and Diversity, and Employee and Leadership Development. Josh has a genuine aspiration to help facilitate change through open communication, empowerment, and fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and belonging.

    ADVISOR – WORKPLACE LEGAL RISK & EXPOSURE

    Treena is an ADR and risk management professional, certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor, ISO 45003 certified (psychological health in the workplace), Certified Workplace Assessor & Restoration Analyst, and Accredited Diversity Facilitator. She brings a background in corporate risk mitigation and has decades of experience in trauma-informed practices and promoting strategies for optimizing conflict resiliency within businesses and organizations. She is the owner of TLR Solutions4Conflict INC, a conflict and risk management consultancy.

  • Elizabeth Stewart, MPsychOrg

    ADVISOR – WORKPLACE PSYCHOLOGY

    Libby is an experienced Senior Leader and Advisor with expertise in Behavioral Science and Organizational and Industrial Psychology. She has a proven track record in building leadership capability, coaching, organizational development, and employee engagement for SaaS products and apps. Additionally, she has expertise in psychometric and personality assessments. Libby has a passion for empowering individuals and teams to thrive in corporate environments. She holds a Master of Organisational Psychology, Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Queensland (Australia).

  • Aimée Thompson

    TECHNICAL ADVISOR

    Aimée has worked as a Project Manager and Chief Technical Implementor in the digital marketing industry for over 6 years. Her speciality is building surveys and quizzes with an emphasis on customized user interaction based on their results. She also builds automated campaigns for webinars, workshops, courses, and coaching. Aimée focuses on creating the best user experience using the latest industry tools.
